Vastauksena suoranaista päänaukomista, kyse oli tosiaan 80 eur ohitusventtiilistä 1,5k tilauksessa. Meidän projektien osalta tämä kauppa meni kiinni.”

“Baffling experience. I contact the owner to ask about doing some work on my boat, and he tells me to meet him at the boat show. So I go out of my way to get tickets and take the time to go, at which point I stand around for a good half hour while he chats with other customers (this part is fine, but puts the next part in a weird light). Then I try to talk to him again and he has to go give a talk. No problem. I wait through his talk, and then try to talk to him afterwards as he rushes off again, and basically all he says in passing as we walk (and I am forced to sort of hurry after him like a weird groupie) is “yeah I can do it, email me in six weeks”. I would have wanted to find out more about the marine electrical parts he sells, since I am optimizing the electrical systems on my boat and wanted to get the highest quality parts possible, and he seems to have them, but he gave me barely a chance to ask about any of that, despite having plenty of time to go in depth with all the customers he was talking to earlier. Icing on the cake is I email him after six weeks and get an email back saying he’s super busy and not to expect a response. Got the general impression he just didn’t want me as a customer, and I have no idea why. So three stars for the apparent quality of the products minus two for a total lack of baseline customer service.”

“Received a solid offer and helpful advice for a LiFePo4 battery upgrade. Ended up buying most of the equipment for the battery upgrade here and ventured to install the replacement ourselves. Thanks! Good to have a shop with very decent product availability and good opening hours in particular for electrical installation and heating in proximity to the Espoo harbors.”
