“I got saved by many of the low reviews. Especially when it comes to the companies change of name history and how they move customers under their new name and new but higher priced contracts (to cover the cost of invoice that they face from the ombudsman’s in Finland by breaking the customers pocket). At first prices are the lowest in region it makes you think wow how does other providers like Helen who is long in the game cannot do this, but then if the company changes name all contracts are cancelled out and automatically you are under their new company name, with a contract that they make to you without your final permission and at a higher rate from other providers. Plus change of name helps the companies directors legally with tax matters. So thank you who shouted out the history of name change and bad reviews. I decided to read further about this issue of change name and saw the bigger picture. If you are reading this do your own research and make your own choice in the end of the day. But having that uncertainty of when will they change their name waiting game would be a mind pressure you do not need, under any contract with them. They also have poor customer service in english language (from the email i received i came to an understanding that there will be communication issues in the future). So three points for me: - Bad english language communication - History of name change of the company but same directors and owners - New contracts under new company name at higher prices, when they make the new company name and make a contract without your final permission at higher prices than your previous provider.”

“I have made a fixed contract with the company during 01.10.2023- 01.10.2024. In the beginning of Sept. 2024, I filled the application form in this company webpage to change the contract into the stock price contract. However, when I received the bill in Nov 2024, the price of electricity is that of the fixed contract. When I login into the company with my bank credential, no information about my contract type is provided except for the billing information (no electricity company does this way). because it is the mistake of Hehku, I called to the customer support to request for reverting back to the stock price contract from 01.Oct, 2024. However, the person said he can't because the request of the contract change is under the waiting for my answering of my home address (in email). As an exiting costumer, the company should have my home address and I never receive such an email. This is the bad company I have to switch to another electricity company.”

“Very warm and helpfull custoemr service. My previous eenrgy company is going to close down their business and they transfer my contract to GNP. I contact for the first time to get more info, the phone system was in Finnish, which unfortunately I am not very good on that :(. But I got very warm and helpful supoprt from Anssi, in fluent English :)”

“this is a terrible company to customer regarding the contract and payment. Hehku increased my electricity price on a fly without pre-notification. i request Hehku to show me the evidence of price change notification. instead of showing me real evidence of email they send to my email address, Hehku showed me a screenshot of their system tracking my email actions, which is not even true. i was really shocked. in addition, the price increase is double expensive comparing to the concurrent price they show on their website, and even 'kindly' ask me if i want to change my contract or not. basically, they rob their customer whatever and whenever they want.”
