“Good prices, knowledgeable Service and impeccable quality of installation! 👌🏻 Only negative thing to mention, was that after the Order was placed and Contract signed, purely zero communications prior the actual installation. Needed to call them up once to check that whether my order is still alive. After all, I’m happy about the result and the installation engineer’s efforts here onsite! He did a great job and cleaned up even all little debris after himself, highly appreciated! Also gave a quick guidance on how to use the new heat pump, and what are the maintenance cycles and such.”

“Mitsun vilpin ulkoyksikkön kompura rikki. Kävivät toteamassa että rikki on ja palataan asiaan. Sainovat, että selvittävät, Mitä maksaa korjaus ja mitä uusi ulkoyksikkö ja ovat yhteydessä. Nytten mennyt yli kaksi kuukautta ja ei mitään tietoa ole tullut. Lasku 220e tunnin käynnistä tuli kyllä nopeasti. No nytten hoidetaan laite kuntoon toisen firman kautta. Että ISO-kiitos vaan.”

“Huikean sujuva, ammatillisesti osaava ja siisti huoltokokemus. Huoltaja kertoi tekemästään ja perusteli huoltoa, opasti miksi laitehuolto tehdään ja mitä hyötyä huollosta on sekä perehdytti laitteen toiminnoissa. Aikataulu piti ja keskustelu oli ystävällistä ja asiakaslähtöistä. Nuorehko mies oli ammattilainen ja erittäin vuorovaikutistaitoinen. Liisa Lyyra”

“Good service! They physically came and had a look at the house inside and out and we knew it would be tricky. They suggest a device that would fit the space and the needs and installed it as we had agreed. Another company quoted a unit without looking at the house and the unit would have not fit the space we wanted it.. so all in all, I’m satisfied with the total end-to-end service”
