Once contract is signed and down payment is made the story changes - you cannot get any answer when they are going to fulfill their order. Stay away from lämpöykkönen, if you wish to receive your määläämpopumpu.”

“Unfortunately this company is a scam nowadays... :( Do not order any service from them, otherwise you will also burn yourself. Currently the case is with the Finnish Consumer Protection Authority since they did cheat on us. Moreover, we have initiated legal proceedings against the company due to our financial loss (e.g. every time we basically lost our paid holiday days from work which we had to take due to the installation work and they just cancelled their visit in last minute). In nutshell; we have agreed with them on the installation dates but every time on the previous day they sent the same sms message that "due to sickness" they cannot complete the work... The "sickness" usually came after the ice hockey world cup final night, "Juhannus" week, etc...we ordered the work in spring time and they´re not able to complete before autumn...A company with zero ethics/ responsibility.”
