It’s been a fantastic experience from start to finish with Aura Solar! I was given a very comprehensive look at the benefits of getting solar panels installed by Nathan, and Devin went above and beyond by helping me look for lenders with the lowest rates, as well as securing other incentives for me. What surprised me, as well, was how often he followed up and making sure that I didn’t have any questions unanswered. The installation process for the system was done quickly and efficiently, and the solar panels look great on my roof. I cannot wait to put them to good use, as I believe this is great investment, and I cannot recommend Aura Solar enough for their phenomenal customer service!

Our house for some reason consumes a high rate of energy to the sum of about 6 to 900.00 per month. Aura solar came to the house and offered a solution that is supposed to be ”100% self-reliant” based on designing against our highest consumption utility bill. We are paying ~$400.00mo for the array which is supposed to relieve us from overages. So far our experience has been: 1) equipment promised (tesla power walls) were pivoted to 3 enphase batteries 2) installation took more than 2 months, we didn’t get much if any communication on status and installation dates & times and had to ask our rep Gavin several times for updates, mostly waiting for emails, phone calls, voicemails. crickets. 3) we aren’t qualified for tax exemption because this is considered a lease yet you cannot break the lease if you are not satisfied with performance. 4) post-install, we are STILL 50% dependent on the grid and paying overages monthly, in all about $600.00 mo in the winter time. 5) Gexa was recommended as the energy provider but they cannot connect to the array with their recommended battery plan. 6) we may have had some structural issues which we reached out to Aura to discuss. We were promised a call back but again, CRICKETS, and has been over 2 months now waiting for a follow up. 7) the cost of the ”lease” goes up yearly which is odd, their explanation is ”because of the market rates” but yet they sell you on savings from a normal energy provider, but this contradicts combatting the cost of ”normal” electricity rates off the grid. All in all, not happy with this system, it seems disparate & not fully supported by the team who designed and installed it but noone seems to care cause they’re getting their money. I should’ve stuck with the consultants I used on my old home cause at least they followed up. I DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Had a good experience with Aura , very informative and the followup after the install was very grest, they really covered everything in depth and I’m very satisfied. I love that my electric bill went down 30%

Aura Solar really came through for me!!!! I put all of the unknown (apprehensions) about solar in the hands of the experts. From day one of the process all submitting plans, city & POA approvals, city rebates as well as any follow up was completely done by Aura Solar. They work with Green Light Solar whom did the schematics on roof & technical installation work. 25 yr warranty! Here is the real point!! I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and this is the real truth after all work is completed. I pay a monthly $108 a month for the solar panels over 20 yrs and a $10 administration fee to city to manage my power and store it. With rising costs every year from electric companies I’m no longer affected by any increases they may incur. Weather has been unpredictable but my payments stay the same and I can even set the AC a bit lower in the summer. I have a two story home and a single zone temperature setting however, if I set it downstairs to 68 it will cool upstairs to a comfortable 70 degrees I just use my credits that the power company shows on my statements if using a bit more energy. Talked with Kreig and Devin when considering solar and appreciated their honest feedback. We ultimately made the decision to take the leap and have found Aura to be very supportive and helpful throughout the process. If you are looking for solar, definitely worth discussing with these guys!

We met with Devin and Nick to discuss the solar options. From the beginning they were completely honest and gave great insight on what to expect. We just had our system installed yesterday and have been pleased with the entire process! Devin made sure we had all of our questions answered and was there as the installers completed their work. Would definitely recommend these guys to anyone considering moving to solar panels.
